i. Determine quality metrics for all manufacturing procedure
ii. Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate the reliability of manufacturing processes and product
iii. Making sure processes adhere to quality standards and work instructions
iv. Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data.
v. Cowork with internal teams to increase and make sure the quality of the products

B. Supplier Quality
i. Define a root cause analysis and set the corrective actions of supplier issues
ii. Conduct supplier audits and assessments of the process and follow up the improvement
iii. Manage and coordinate supplier key performance indicates in regular basis
iv. Work with suppliers to continuously improve performance, implement process
v. Serving as a liaison between our company and the suppliers to identify quality issues and come up with solutions

  i. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or relevant field.
  ii. 2+ work experience as a quality engineer or similar role
  iii. Great attention to detail and problem-solving
  iv. Fluent English speaker
