Summary:Make monthly production plan base on sales fcs, stock, production capacity and productive activities. Follow up production plan fulfillment. Make decision and solve problems in all terms of production organization and planning
Key Accountabilities:• Based on sales forecast and order requirement, combine with current stock level, prepare monthly master production plan, supplemental FG purchase requirements and import FG requirements• According to facility capacity, products standard work-hours and manpower requirement status, get confirmation with production dept, make regular weekly production schedule of all the products, and also create and issue production order in ERP system for weekly production organization and arrangement. • Updates the production plan timely if there are any outstanding issues result the change of the production plan.• Weekly review the production plan fulfilment status and coordinate with the related departments to resolve the outstanding issues.• Works closely with QC, Warehouse, production for the rejected stock blending and reworking.• Supervises slow moving stock and offer the suggestion to dispose them.• Reports -Works with production and verify the production plan fulfill report.-Provide the overdue production order report and analyses the root cause.- FG stock analyze report- Other reports as needed.• The other necessary job required by leader.
Qualifications & Requirements:• Graduate from college school or over 3 years’ production plan and material control experience in production and material planning area;• Knowledge and practical experience in establishment and applications of BOM & ERP system• Fluency in both reading and writing English;• Good organization, negotiation, communication skills and sense of responsibility;• Inventory control and management experience;• Be in detail & data-sensitive;• Carefulness & high responsibility • Good interpersonal and communication skills;• Decision making in all terms of production organization and -planning
