Senior Finance Supervisor

The Senior Finance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the finance reporting, Rolling forecast analysis, as well as earnings call packages preparation, Long Range Plan (LRP) support, and daily accounting management. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities

1.Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports.

2.Responsible for the development of earnings call packages, ensuring all information is comprehensive and well-presented.

负责月度滚动预测分析，确保所有信息全面且呈现良好。

3.Support the Long Range Planning process with financial analysis and insights.

通过财务分析和见解支持长期规划过程。

4.Manage daily accounting operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls requirement

管理日常会计操作，确保符合会计标准和内部控制。

5.Support internal&external audit work

支持内部以及外部审计的相关工作

6.Lead, mentor, and develop a team of three subordinates, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Requirements / Qualifications

1.Proven experience in finance reporting and management within a multinational corporation (MNC).

在跨国公司（MNC）内具备财务报告和管理方面的丰富经验。

2.Strong numerical, analytical and communication skills, high learning agility is a plus

较强的数字分析能力和沟通技巧，高学习敏捷性者优先

3.Bachelor’s degree and above in Accounting, Economics related, ACCA/ CPA/CMA is a plus

会计、经济相关专业的学士学位及以上，拥有ACCA/CPA/CMA者优先

4.Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English and Chinese

具备出色的沟通能力，精通英语和中文。

5.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.

6.Proficiency in SAP&HFM/Onestream
