Cost Accountant

---

Work closely with the senior finance analyst to provide accurate and timely financial data for the plant operations. You will analyze the costs of production, inventory, labor, and overhead, and prepare reports and recommendations for cost reduction and improvement. You will also ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities

1-  Conduct cost module closing activities on a monthly basis, such as cost calculation, variance analysis, journal posting, and reconciliation

2-  Analyze the cost drivers and trends of production, inventory, labor, and overhead, and provide insightful reports and recommendations to management and operation teams

3-  Support the rolling forecast process by updating expense data, validate the accuracy and reasonableness of the data

4-  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements

Requirements / Qualifications

1-Bachelor’s degree and above in Accounting, Economics related, ACCA/ CPA/CMA is a plus
会计、经济相关专业的学士学位及以上，拥有ACCA/CPA/CMA者优先

2-Strong numerical, analytical and communication skills, high learning agility is a plus
较强的数字分析能力和沟通技巧，高学习敏捷性者优先
3-A minimum of 3 years financial experiences within a strong manufacture environment with Cost analysis experience, prior experience with FP&A is preferred.

4-Fluent written and spoken English.
