Key Responsibilities

BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for a dynamic, results driven person to join as Compensation and Benefits (Payroll) Specialist at our Manufacturing Plant in Izmir.

  • Carrying out the SSI work entry-exit procedures of the personnel

  • Preparation and follow-up of personnel files (employment documents, discharge documents, annual leave, report, minutes, etc.)
    Preparation of personnel document requests (Payroll, Labor Certificate, Employment Declaration, etc.)

  • Preparation and follow-up of payroll for salary preparations

  • Making payroll calculations

  • Making overtime, severance, notice calculations and payments

  • Making İŞKUR and SSI legal notifications

  • Making the necessary correspondence for İŞKUR and SSI incentives

  • Creating and following up the annual leave plans of the personnel,

  • Ensuring that processes related to additional payments, social and fringe benefits are carried out in accordance with the legislation, and Collective agreement.

  • Notification of incapacity for work and follow-up of documents

  • Making withholding SGK notifications and declarations

  • Execution and follow-up of BES and Execution procedures

  • Annual leave tracking, calculation of leave provisions

 

Candidate Profile & Requirements 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources, business, or related field. 

  • Worked in the free trade zone (mandatory)

  • Worked in a plant (blue and white collars payroll)

  • Strong payroll knowledge 5+ year

  • Knowledge of SSI Legislation, Labor Law and related regulations as well as IT system: Enibra, Workday is a strong +

  • Good communication and a high sense of confidentiality

  • Strategic thinker who also has a strong attention to detail

  • Fluent in English and Turkish, 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness and problem solver approach
