Senior Product Engineer, Home Room Hydraulics

osition Summary

• Lead development of CDC valves
• Work with customer for problem solving and root cause finding.
• Cooperate with internal cross function team and supplier to realize product launch.

Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities

• Development of Mechanical, Electro-hydraulic and Electronic-magnetic products.
• Engineering interface with customers.
• Ensure all deliverables & timing are clearly defined and communicated to the organization which meet with customer requirement.
• Maintain issues/actions items list.
• Work closely with global strength to have design/development gate reviews passed

Requirements / Qualifications

• Master degree or bachelor degree in Automotive, Mechanical, Hydraulic, or Electrical Engineering (required)
• More than 5 years working experience (required)
• Experience of developing solenoids, experience on developing CDC valve is a big plus. (required)
• Excellent interpersonal skills (required)
• Excellent presentation skills (required)
• Problem solving skills (required)
• Applications engineering experience (required)
• Fluent English language proficiency (preferred)
• Experience working with Automotive OEMs (preferred)
• Vehicle evaluation and test skills (preferred)
