In this position, you will be reporting to Process, Methods, and Tools (PMT) organization and support
engineering project teams on ALM tools related topics such as – tool roll out, configuring tools to project and
business needs and training. Additionally, you will be the first point of contact for user management,
troubleshooting, co-ordination with IT on ALM tool related topics.

Work closely with all engineering domains to support on ALM tool related topics

• Support PMT organization to deploy current and new tool suites to engineering projects

• Develop training material and train the users on using the ALM tool per the process

• First point of contact to users on ALM tool related topics i.e tool usage, issue resolution, etc

• Support users by creating tool related scripting and automations of repetitive tasks

• Support engineering teams to extract charts and dashboards from the ALM tools

• Support PMT team to ensure deployed ALM tools can satisfy the defined process

• Support Configuration Manager, Change and Problem Resolution Manager to monitor and extract audit reports from the ALM tools

• Act as a liaison between PMT and IT organization for ALM tools

• Pilot new tools, perform tests with IT organization before upgrade or new tool roll out

• Support multiple projects across different time zones - Asia, Europe, and North America

What we’re looking for :

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or working experience with relevant activities (required)

• Expert user and/or tool administration experience eg: scripting, tool automation (required)

• Experience with ALM tools eg: Jira, Doors, Polarion, Jenkins, GIT, BitBucket (pre-requisite)

• Experience with engineering V-cycle development process (preferred)

• Experience working with quality process standard (e.g. ASPICE) (preferred)

• Experience with process framework tools like STAGES (preferred)

• Experience in Engineering, automotive (preferred)
