Principais atividades:

• Administrar os benefícios oferecidos pela empresa;
• Gestão da estratégia de Cargos & Salários e manter sistema de remuneração e benefícios;
• Prestar suporte para a gestão de RH no que envolve a revisão de estrutura e horários de trabalho;
• Gestão do processo de reajustes salariais;
• Ser apoio para o processo de Folha de Pagamento;
• Buscar melhorias dos sistemas de RH.

Requisitos do cargo:

• Ensino superior concluído em Administração ou áreas correlatas;
• Inglês avançado;
• Sólidos conhecimentos com Gestão de Cargos e Salários;
• Desejável conhecimento com sistemas Senior e Workday;
• Desejável conhecimentos dos processos de Folha de Pagamento.
