Key responsibilities

Define electronics hardware development milestones based on input from program management, system leaders, electronics hardware and mechanical competencies

Define hardware release scope considering requirements, change requests and feasibility in regards of timing

Collaborate with system and software development leaders to ensure synchronization of the HW/SYS and SW development V-cycles

Define expectation dates for electronics HW deliverables from hardware architects, hardware design engineers and mechanical engineers

Track progress of electronics hardware deliverables and test

Communicate and track expectations from the HW team to other teams

Evaluate and communicate delays and risks to product development

Represent electronics hardware development timing internally and in front of the customer

Work with the prototype line and series production factory to ensure on-time prototype and documentation delivery

Monitor, track and communicate project resource needs

What we’re looking for

Masters degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering or an associated field

5+ years experience in automotive electronics hardware development

2+ years of experience in leading a project team

Active listener, strong communicator and strong leadership skills

Good foundation knowledge in hardware embedded systems and mechanical constraints

Proficient in communicating with customer and engineering leadership

Fluency in English is required
