Job Description Summary Will be responsible as a SW Test Lead for multiple applications at ASPICE SWE4,SWE5 and SWE6 Levels Will be responsible for TestCase creation and execution on targeted product HW Will be responsible for Technical Review of Work Products of SW Test Phase Will be responsible to present case during ASPICE and Safety Case Audits Analyze and understand the Functional Requirements/ Design Requirements andguide/resolve clarifications from the team Analyze and understand the Software Component Requirements andguide/resolve clarifications from the team Facilitate manual and automated Tests on Host PC as well as with LAB Test BenchOn-Target(HW and loads) OR on HIL system for SWE4, SWE5 and SWE6 Levels Will be responsible for complex Tasks and problem solving to unblock the Team Perform manual and automated functional test on LAB Test Bench with HW andloads using MATLAB Toolchains Handle Target Electronic HW day-in and day-out Responsible for project deliverables and customer satisfaction – Test Schedule,Risks, Quality and Customer commitments Responsible for proposals for Process Improvements, Technology Improvement,Tool Chain Improvement Ability to guide and direct the team to deliver quality products within the desiredProcess Framework Will be responsible for the Technical upskilling of the Team Test Automation using Python/Matlab frameworks. Debugging embedded software on target using test bench/ In-circuit emulator Report status of testing activities to Lead/Manager Will be part of a multi-cultural, multi-disciplined product development andtesting teams working on projects involving multiple locations(local as well asinternational).Essential Requirements / Skills Good working knowledge of C language, CAPL scripting & Python Scripting Good working knowledge of Electronics including IGBTs, MOSFETs and relatedcircuits like Invertor, Converters with basic knowledge of circuits, pcb and solderingWherever thejourney leads -we deliver thepropulsionsolutions oftomorrow.Whether in a highly efficientcombustion engine, anintelligent hybrid system or thevery latest electric drive,BorgWarner is driving mobilityfor today and tomorrow. Good working knowledge of handling LAB Equipements like Oscilloscopes,Programmable Power Supply, Function Generators, Multimeters, Current Probesetc Good working knowledge of Automotive communication protocols like UART,CAN, LIN & UDS Protocols Expertise in Vector tools like CANoe, CANape, vFlash, ODX Studio, VTSystem(Small/Full) Expertise in ONE of the Automated Test Equipment framework - HIL simulators(PXI / dSPACE / Opal RT / Vector VT system ) Experience with Motor and Inverters Knowledge of Debugging tools like Lauterbach, Segger etc and its SW likeTrace32 and Ozone/JFlash or any equivalent Knowledge of test methods and test management. ISTQB Foundation isMandatory Knowledge on requirement,configuration & defect management tools likePolarion, Bitbucket & Jira Knowledge of GIT & GIT Tools like SmartGit, Sourcetree Strong interpersonal skills and high intercultural social competence Good verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with teamsspread geographically and Agile in approach Good analytical and problem solving skills Knowledge of automotive ASPICE Standard and ISO 26262 StandardDesirable Requirements / Skills Knowledge on Cybersecurity is desirable ISTQB Test Manager will be added advantage ISTQB CTFL-MBT is desirable
