Ramos Arizpe, Mexico, Recognized as a “Family Responsible Company”
BorgWarner’s Ramos Arizpe, Mexico location is proud to have been recognized for the first time as a “Family Responsible Company” by the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare. In order to qualify for the certification, a company must meet the requirements of promoting work-family balance, good labor practices, gender equality and policies to combat sexual harassment and violence in the workplace.
