For the second consecutive year, The Great Place to Work® Institute ranked our campus in Ramos Arizpe, Mexico, in its list of the 100 Best Companies for Millennials to Work in Mexico. The site placed in the top 30 this year compared with the top 40 last year. Born between 1980 and 2000, millennials are the fastest-growing demographic in the workforce and represent 66% of all employees at the facility. The list was created by surveying employees from Great Place to Work-Certified™ companies and ranked based on over 50 metrics such as managers’ competence, respect and fairness in the workplace, opportunities for meaningful work and great colleagues. According to Fortune magazine, Millennials who say they have a great place to work are 20 times more likely to stay with the company.
