This motor platform for electromobility is flexible not only in terms of its shape but also in terms of its technical characteristics (scalable from 15 to 150 kW) and can be tailored precisely to the requirements of the application in question, making it a compact and efficient drive system for any hybrid or electric vehicle.

This motor is also suitable for the electrification of auxiliary units such as hydraulic pumps or compressors. Its simple design ensures cost-effective series production. It can be easily combined with the SKAI inverter and QUASARTM motor control software to create cost-optimized electric drive trains. System integrators thus have a compact, lightweight, robust and cost-effective class-leading solution package covering traction, hybridization, power generation and subsystem electrification.

155 Permanent Magnet Synchronous Drive Motor

The 155 Permanent Magnet Synchronous Drive Motor is using the latest hairpin winding technology.

Its structure includes 8 poles, 48 slots, 4 layers/slot, with the inside layer and outside layer at the same layer. It cancels the cross line between layers, can easily switch between 1 branch and 2 branches, and eliminates circulation current between the internal branches of the motor, which are conducive to product serialization. The working voltage range is 96-450V, torque range is 100-220Nm, power range is 45-135KW, and maximum working speed is 17000rpm.

There are two cooling methods, respectively water cooling and oil cooling.

The 180 Permanent Magnet Synchronous Drive Motor is using the latest hairpin winding technology.

Its structure includes 8 poles, 48 slots, 6 layers/slot and the inside layer is concentric. It cancels the cross line between layers, can easily switch between 2 branches and 4 branches, and eliminates circulation current between the internal branches of the motor, which are conducive to product serialization. The operating voltage range is 300-800V, torque range is 150-300Nm, power range is 75-180KW, and maximum working speed is 18000rpm.

Cooling methods are water cooling and oil cooling. In the application of oil cooling, the cooling effect of motor stator can be increased by more than 15% through the optimized oil circuit design, and the oil circuit cost can be reduced at the same time.

220 Permanent Magnet Synchronous Drive Motor

Its structure includes 8 poles, 48 slots, 8 layers/slot and the inside layer is concentric. It cancels the cross line between layers, can easily switch between 2 branches and 4 branches, and eliminate circulation current between the internal branches of the motor, which are conducive to product serialization. The operating voltage range is 300-800V, torque range is 250-450Nm, power range is 135-300KW, and maximum working speed is 18000rpm.

Cooling methods are water cooling and oil cooling. In the application of oil cooling, the cooling effect of motor stator can be increased by more than 15% through the optimized oil circuit design, and the oil circuit cost can be reduced at the same time.

The operating voltage range is 300-800V, torque range is 250-650Nm, power range is 100-500KW, and maximum working speed is 14000rpm.

Cooling methods are water cooling and oil cooling.

270 DHT/ Range Extender Dedicated Generator

270 DHT Range Extender Dedicated Generator

The 270 DHT/ Range Extender Dedicated Generator is using the latest hairpin winding technology.

Its structure includes 24 poles, 72 slots, 8 layers/slot and the inner layer is concentric.
